24 Hour Staffing
Now you can rest easy knowing that your pup is resting easy too! Scooter's offers boarding care services that are staffed 24 hours a day to ensure that your pets are comfortable and stress free throughout their stay.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
With a variety of sleeping arrangements available we're sure to find one that suits your pup's style. We have standard wire crates for pups who are typically crated at home, open-air boarding suites for the pups who like their privacy without being fully enclosed, and if that doesn't work...there are lots of comfy spots around the play floor to settle in for the night.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Scooter's pricing is all-inclusive, meaning that your nightly rate includes everything your dog needs for a safe, fun, and engaging stay. Every stay includes 24/7 supervision and daily exercise/socialization with our daycare pack. We don't charge extra for administering oral medications, dedicated snuggle time, or peanut butter snacks. We strive to make sure that each day is an enriching and wonderful experience for your pup.
Holiday Boarding
Unlike many facilities, Scooter's does not increase rates for peak-season/holiday reservations. Instead, a compulsory 15% gratuity will be added to your reservation. This gratuity is paid directly to the handlers who spend their holiday caring for and loving your pup! Due to extremely high demand, holiday reservations must be cancelled 4 weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date to receive a deposit refund.

Reservation Deposits
All boarding reservations require a 50% deposit. Reservations with unpaid deposits may be moved to the waitlist if the facility reaches capacity and will be cancelled if still unpaid 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in. Reservations must be cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance to receive a deposit refund.
