Are vaccinations required?
  • Yes! As a multi-dog facility, core vaccines are required to participate in any of our services. These include:
  • Rabies - Required
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) - Required
  • DHPP/DAPP - Required
  • Canine Influenza - Recommended
  • Titer counts may be submitted in lieu of vaccination for Bordetella and DHPP but must be updated every 6 months. Per King County ordinance, there is no titers exception for routine Rabies vaccination.
Do you require a poop test?

Yes, all new customers must have a clean fecal parasite test on record within 90 days of their first stay with us. This test will also need to be updated annually. Don't worry, we'll remind you!

What should I bring for daycare?

We require quick release collars (pinch buckle to open). If your dog does not have one, they will receive a loaner collar for the day.

If your dog needs to be fed or medicated during their stay, please bring their food/medication for them (refrigerators available if needed). No need to bring their bowl/dish.

Other than that, we've got everything they need!

Can I bring my dog's favorite toy to daycare?

Please don't. Every dog reacts differently to various types of toys. We cannot guarantee that your pet's prized possession will come home in good condition. Additionally, some toys pose a choking/ingestion hazard to our naughtier residents. We've curated a safe, fun set of toys to keep your pup amused while they're here.

What should I bring when my dog boards with you?

Food! It is always best to keep a dog's diet consistent...especially if they are already experiencing the stress of being in a new environment. Please bring more than enough food for your dog's stay. We will return any leftover food when you pick them up.

If they have a favorite blanket or something that you know they'll want to sleep with, we can put that in their boarding suite or crate for them.

We require quick release collars (pinch buckle to open) at our facility. If your dog does not have one, we will replace their collar with one of our loaners for the duration of their stay.

Please do NOT bring toys for play time as we can not guarantee that they will be returned in the same condition. We have lots of toys to keep your pups amused already.

If they are used to walking on a harness or particular type of collar, please bring that as well. When you arrive we will note your belongings on the reservation and put them in a bin labeled for your pup so that we are sure you get everything back at the end of the stay.

Will you take my dog if they're not spayed/neutered?

Maybe! We do not have a strict age cut-off for unneutered males but if their behavior (or the behavior they ilicit from the pack) becomes problematic they will no longer be eligible for daycare until they are neutered.

Intact females are welcome as long as they are not in heat. If your dog goes into heat during a stay with us she will be kenneled away from other dogs and you will be called for an immediate pick-up. Females in heat can cause overstimulated and even aggressive behavior from the rest of the pack. It is not safe to have females in heat in a multi-dog environment like daycare.

Need someone to watch your dog as they recover from spay/neuter surgery? We can do that! Your pet would be boarded in one of our isolation suites and taken for short, controlled leash walks so they can stretch their legs and get potty breaks while still keeping calm during recovery.

Can my dog board there if they aren't a daycare candidate?

Yes! Overnight dogs who are not candidates for group play will enjoy one-on-one time with our handlers. This could be yard time, neighborhood walks, or simply snuggling on a couch together. We'll do our best to match your dogs energy and temperament.
